为缓解停车难问题，朝阳区通过加快推进停车设施建设、鼓励停车资源错时共享等措施，逐步改善辖区内停车环境。其中，国雅大厦、合生汇、国贸世纪公寓等立体停车设施即将启动实施，建成后将缓解首都儿研所、合生汇商圈等的停车难问题。错时共享车位截至目前已开放3246个朝阳区城管委联合属地实地调研考察，统筹停车资源，将有需求且符合设置要求的道路纳入年度路侧停车计划，规范道路停车秩序。今年以来，朝阳区在双井、来广营、小红门等8个街乡上线50条道路电子停车位4391个，进一步缓解区域停车压力，实现停车位的有效供给。朝阳区部分重点区域因为人流、车流量大造成停车困难、交通混乱。今年，朝阳区城管委联合街道在东柏街、百子湾南一路等4条道路上线370个停车位，缓解周边停车压力，提升商圈停车环境。在老旧小区“停车难”方面，今年朝阳区利用疏解腾退空间、老旧厂房闲置空间、桥下空间等推进停车设施建设，在和院文创园、盛福悦停车场等新增停车位4718个。截至目前，朝阳区已开放康居中街北侧停车场、汇景苑四区外侧停车场等3246个错时共享车位，提高了停车场的利用率，有效缓解了居住区停车难问题。儿研所附近国雅大厦预计增加151个车位此外，朝阳区城管委按照《朝阳区立体停车设施建设工作指导意见》要求，会同属地推动国雅大厦、合生汇、国贸世纪公寓等立体停车设施建设，目前上述项目已完成方案审定，拟于近期组织实施，建成后将大大缓解首都儿研所、合生汇商圈等的停车难问题。工程完工后，合生汇立体停车设施将采取机动车和非机动车融合停放的模式，即一层为非机动车停放区，二至六层为机动车停放区，建成后预计增加机动车位700个、非机动车位700个。国雅大厦紧邻首都儿研所，通过建设立体停车设施增加停车位，建成后预计增加151个车位。国贸世纪公寓立体停车设施为机械停车设备，建成停车层数为6层，预计增加100个车位，主要解决国贸世纪公寓小区居民停车刚需。截至目前，朝阳区已有312条道路、28133个路侧停车泊位纳入规范管理，道路数和车位数均位列全市第一。新京报记者 吴婷婷SourcePh" style="display:none"
